Yang Liping is Party Secretary of CPC Committee CUZ. She joined CUZ in February 2017. Prior to her current position, Yang Liping held important posts in Ningbo Government and other Chinese cities. She joined the Communist Party of China in 1988.
Yang Liping studied law and holds a Master of Law from China Southwest University of Political Science & Law.
