你们是否安好?
浙传时刻挂念大家
永远是你们坚强的后盾
亲爱的在境外的老师和同学们:
Dear overseas CUZers,
How are you doing?
The sudden break of COVID-19 has caused tremendous disturbance to our normal life. Nevertheless, we are happy to see the firm and effective control measures taken in China have yielded positive results. With the consorted efforts of all CUZ faculty and students, the prevention and control have so far been very successful. However, the COVID-19 situation is getting more serious outside China, WHO has raised the global risk assessment level of COVID-19 to “very high”. At this moment, we are, as always, concerned about all international faculty and students and those working or studying overseas.
In this difficult time, we would like to share the following suggestions:

1. Keep close contact. Please pay close attention to and consciously abide by the relevant prevention and control requirements promulgated by local government and Chinese Embassy. Make sure that you can be reached by your teachers, co-workers and families without difficulty to tackle the problem together. If you need any help, please contact the Chinese Embassy or Consulate or call the Global Consular Protection and Service Emergency Hotline (24 hours) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for help.
The Global Emergency Call Center for Consular Protection and Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (24 hours): +86-10-12308,+86-10-59913991
2. Scientifically prevent yourself from the corona virus, live a healthy life. Enhance personal protection, maintain good personal hygiene, wash hands frequently, drink more fluid, ventilate the room more. Try to avoid unnecessary outside activities and travelling.
3.Stick to your study and work hard. During the time of epidemic, overseas CUZers should respond to the university motto “Dedication and Learning” by taking advantage of the advanced international education resources and internet resources for self- learning to open horizons and accumulate knowledge.
4. Be confident and keep calm. If you have any problems such as anxiety, please turn to the mental assistant platform for help. Please add QQ 350172600 if needed. The service hour will be 9:00-11:00、14:00-16:00、18:00-20:00 everyday.
5. All the international faculty and students, please do not return to China until the university releases further information. To stay where you are, is the best way to keep you safe.
6. If any of the Chinese teachers or students staying out of China do need to come back due to the expiration of the visiting period, please report to your hosting school in advance, meanwhile you need to go through reporting procedures and to inform the local town (street) and village (community) in time. After returning to China, you should strictly abide by the local epidemic prevention and control requirements and the relevant quarantine measures as well as not coming back to CUZ.
Living in one world, sharing the same moon, we are always with you. Dear CUZers, wherever you are, please remember that CUZ always stand by you. Let’s work together and help each other, looking forward to our beautiful reunion in the campus!
