Communication University of Zhejiang Education Foundation was registered on December 11, 2012 as a non-profit foundation by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Civil Affairs.

The foundation receive donations from domestic and international alumni, prominent social figures, enterprises, institutions, and various social groups to promote the development of CUZ.
